Chadwell Culpepper • Manger, Development and Construction

Mr. Culpepper is directly involved in all aspects of Construction Management for both 1788 Holdings assets as well as third party assignments. His responsibilities include pre-construction, budgeting, estimating, subcontractor management, financial management, and final turnover. He also assists with asset management, entitlement and development projects.  

Mr. Culpepper has over fifteen years of experience in engineering and commercial construction. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Culpepper was at Rand* Construction Corporation as a project manager where he managed a portfolio of projects with a total value of nearly $20M annually, and over 1,000,000 SF of total office space constructed. Mr. Culpepper also spent over 8 years as a civil engineer developing construction drawings for land development projects varying from commercial sites, residential subdivisions, and municipality utility upgrades. 

Mr. Culpepper has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina. He has also earned his certification as a LEED Accredited Professional.
