Elizabeth Demaree • Associate, Industrial Acquisitions and Equity

Ms. Demaree sources industrial acquisitions in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.  She also raises high net worth capital for the company’s various investments.  Prior to joining 1788, Ms. Demaree was an Associate Broker assisting with tenant and landlord representation, land acquisitions and education services. As part of her work on the educational services team, she assisted with deliverables for charter school and non-profit clients assessing value, site locations and acquisitions.
