Ms. Friemel is Managing Director of Development and Construction overseeing all aspects of 1788’s development and construction activities from predevelopment, entitlement and design to execution and completion. She has over 20 years of real estate development and construction experience. Prior to joining 1788, Ms. Friemel had her own firm where she represented developers and investors in various roles, including owner’s rep., project executive and asset manager. She oversaw the approval process on large mixed use development projects and construction of Class A office buildings and over 2.5 million SF of industrial warehouse. Ms. Friemel also spent 14 years with Greenebaum & Rose Associates where as Vice President, she was directly involved in all aspects of development including zoning, design, budgeting, construction, marketing, and leasing of approximately 2 million square feet of office, residential and hotel. Prior to Greenebaum & Rose, she was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal and a civil engineer for a Top 500 ENR design firm.
Ms. Friemel holds an MBA from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
