Sam Zadeh, P.E. • Senior Project Manager

Mr. Zadeh is a professional engineer with registrations in Maryland and New York.  He performs construction management for various 1788 investments and developments overseeing field operation for all capital improvement projects. Mr. Zadeh also assists in the inspection & evaluation during the due diligence process as well as performs engineering investigation and budget assessment for acquired properties. He has over 38 years of experience in the multi-disciplinary structural/construction field, i.e.; Bridges & Highway structures, commercial & residential, institutional, houses of worship & medical facilities, as well as historical sites. Prior to joining 1788, Mr. Zadeh was a Project Manager for MGV Consulting Structural Engineers, Inc.

Mr. Zadeh attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ and received a BS in Civil Engineering. He also attended both SUNY Binghamton for MBA course work and Rutgers University for MS Structures course work.
